Privacy Policy
Harrell's Holidays is a family-owned vacation rental at Bahama Bay Resort, 706 New Providence Promenade, Davenport, FL 33897, operated by Harrell's Holidays LLC ("we", "us"). We welcome guests from around the world, including the EU, EEA and UK. This policy explains what we collect through harrellsholidays.com, why, and the choices you have. Our shop, when it opens, has its own privacy notice.

What we collect

Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics trackers, advertising tools or social media pixels, so there is nothing to accept or decline. Our typefaces are stored on our own site, so your browser doesn't contact Google or any other third party to load them. If we ever add tracking, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first.
Because we don't track visitors across sites, a browser "Do Not Track" signal doesn't change how this site behaves.
Who we share it with
- Our property manager, who handles check-in, cleaning and maintenance for your stay.
- Service providers that host the site and store booking requests (Cloudflare), run our email and take payments. They act on our instructions and only as needed to provide those services.
- Booking platforms. If you book through Airbnb, Vrbo or Travelocity, that platform's own privacy policy also covers your booking.
- Authorities, when the law requires it, such as for Florida tourist-tax records.
We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't share it for advertising.
How long we keep it

Your rights
You can ask us to show you, correct, delete or send you a copy of the information we hold about you, or to stop using it. Email vacation@harrellsholidays.com and we'll respond within one month. We won't treat you differently for asking.
Guests from the EU, EEA and UK
The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK GDPR give you the rights below. This is the legal basis for each use of your information:

Your rights. You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, restrict or object to how we use it, and receive it in a portable format. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Email vacation@harrellsholidays.com. We'll answer within one month and may ask you to confirm your identity first.
Complaints. You can complain to the data protection authority in the country where you live or work, or where you think a problem happened. In the UK this is the Information Commissioner's Office.
Where your data is stored. We are based in the United States, and your information is stored and used there when you send it to us. Our service providers may process it in other countries under safeguards recognised by EU law, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
Do you have to give it? We need your name and an email or phone number to answer a booking request. Everything else is optional. We don't make decisions about you by automated means alone.
California residents: this policy describes the categories of information we collect and share. We do not sell or share personal information as defined by California law.
Children
This site is for adults planning a trip. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, and access to guest information is limited to the people who need it to manage your stay.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page.
