You get two bedrooms, two baths and a full kitchen for six people, 17 minutes from Animal Kingdom. A Disney room that sleeps six costs two to six times as much.

Disney figures use each hotel's lowest published 2026 nightly rate including tax, so most dates cost more. Our stay uses the $125 November rate. Disney hotel guests get theme park parking included; our guests pay Disney's $35 daily parking fee, which we've added above. You save more on top of this: our free double stroller means no daily stroller rental at the parks, and a full kitchen covers breakfasts and snacks.
The Villa
Wood laminate floors through the living areas, ceramic tile in the kitchen and baths, and a large screened lanai with seating for six. We supply a double stroller, pack-n-play, highchair and bouncer, so you can leave the bulky baby gear at home. The pool is about 25 steps from the front door, which makes nap time and snack runs easy.
Accessibility
Most villas near the parks are upstairs or a long walk from the pool. Ours is on the ground floor, right next to everything. Guests have brought elderly parents and wheelchair users and told us it made the trip.
The Resort
Plan rest days without leaving the property. Bahama Bay has 24-hour security and over 1,200 palm trees.

Very family friendly, from the child lock at the front door to the pool floaties and noodles and well supplied beach, shower, face and hand towels. We felt right at home. No to mention the little to no walk to the restaurant bar and pool! The location couldn’t have been better. Beds were very comfy to sleep in and the house was clean and had basic cookware and condiments. Along with travel size hygiene items! This is definitely on our return to spot if or when the opportunity presents. Not to mention all the establishment workers were all so kind. Check in and out was easy.
